Sunday's Chicken Alfredo
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients
- 1 lb penne pasta
- 2 lbs grilled chicken breast, sliced
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook penne pasta until al dente.
- Melt butter in a skillet and sauté garlic.
- Add heavy cream and seasonings.
- Stir in Parmesan until smooth.
- Add chicken and pasta.
- Toss until coated.
- Garnish with parsley and Parmesan.
