 Sunday's Chicken Alfredo

Yield: 6 Servings

Ingredients

  • 1 lb penne pasta
  • 2 lbs grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook penne pasta until al dente.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet and sauté garlic.
  3. Add heavy cream and seasonings.
  4. Stir in Parmesan until smooth.
  5. Add chicken and pasta.
  6. Toss until coated.
  7. Garnish with parsley and Parmesan.
