Ingredients
Sandwich
- 1 grilled chicken breast (6-8 oz)
- 1 brioche bun or premium hamburger bun
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 slices tomato
- ¼ avocado, sliced
- 1 leaf romaine lettuce
- ½ cup fresh spinach
- 1 slice provolone or Swiss cheese (optional)
Chicken Seasoning
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tsp olive oil
Signature Spread (Optional)
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp lemon juice
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
- Brush chicken breast with olive oil.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Grill over medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Step 2: Toast the Bun
- Spread butter on both sides of the brioche bun.
- Toast on a griddle until golden brown.
Step 3: Build the Sandwich
- Spread Signature Sauce on the bottom bun.
- Add spinach and lettuce.
- Place grilled chicken on top.
- Add tomato slices.
- Layer avocado slices.
- Add cheese if desired.
- Top with the toasted bun.
