Joe’s Crab Shack Crab Dip




Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup lump crab meat, drained
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
Preheat the oven:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the dip:
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, lemon juice, and green onions. Mix until smooth.
Add the crab meat:
Gently fold in the crab meat, ensuring it is evenly distributed. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake the dip:
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the dip is golden and bubbly on top.
Serve and enjoy:
Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm with crackers or bread.
