Hoisin Beef, Shrimp, and Veggie Delight
Ingredients:
1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 zucchini, sliced
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Directions:
In a wok or large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned. Remove from the pan.
In the same pan, add garlic, ginger, and shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes until shrimp turns pink.
Add the red bell pepper and zucchini, stir-frying for another 3-4 minutes until tender.
Return the beef to the pan and stir in hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and sesame seeds. Cook for 2 more minutes to heat through.
Serve with chopped green onions and enjoy this sweet and savory stir-fry!
