Stuffed Seafood Soup Bread Bowl

Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1 cup fish stock
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 sourdough bread loaves
- Salt, for sprinkling
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Carefully hollow out the sourdough loaves, leaving about a 1/2-inch thick wall.
3. In a large pot, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
4. Add the shrimp, crab meat, fish stock, dried thyme, salt, and pepper to the pot. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
5. Stir in the heavy cream and continue cooking until the soup is slightly thickened, about 2-3 minutes.
6. Carefully fill each hollowed bread bowl with the seafood soup.
7. Sprinkle a little salt on top and serve immediately.
