4 cloves Garlic Minced
Seasonings & Herbs
1 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning. Adjust to taste
0.5 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
0.5 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes Optional, for heat
1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley Finely chopped
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
0.5 teaspoon Salt Adjust if Cajun seasoning is salty

DIRECTIONS:

1. Melt butter and olive oil (if using) in a medium saucepan over medium heat.

2. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant, stirring frequently to prevent burning.

3. Stir in Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes (if using). Cook for another minute, stirring constantly.

4. Reduce heat to low and stir in fresh parsley, lemon juice, black pepper, and salt.

5. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

6. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. Add more Cajun seasoning for extra spice, salt for more saltiness, or lemon juice for brightness.

7. Set to low and keep warm, stirring occasionally.

FOR SCALLOPS:

Pat dry your thawed scallops then season with salt & pepper, to taste. Add 2 Tablespoons of Olive oil to a non stick pan/skillet. Set stovetop to Medium High Heat. When pan begins to slightly smoke, add scallops. Let cook untouched for 2-3 mins to brown, making sure scallop is placed flat in the pan to crisp the outside. Flip over and repeat until cooked through. Add scallops to your sauce & Enjoy your delicious meal
